Be sure to Like, Comment, and SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/honeysucklecatering?sub_confirmation=1 Lodge Cast Iron Skillet: https://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-383075/ Apricot Raspberry Galette: https://youtu.be/M04iFyZ5_bE Cherry Garcia Bars: https://youtu.be/4pf-8La09To Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble: 1 cup strawberries 1 cup rhubarb ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp lemon juice ½ tbsp cornstarch ½ cup all purpose flour ¼ cup rolled oats ¼ cup slivered almonds 2 tbsps brown sugar ¼ tsp ground ginger ¼ tsp cinnamon ¼ cup cold unsalted butter cut into pieces Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, mix together straberries, rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, almonds, sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon. Take butter and with hand squeeze the mixture together until crumbly. In a cast iron skillet (6.25 inches) add strawberry rhurbarb mixture and top with crumble. Bake fo 20-25 minutes until fruit is bubbly and crumble mixture is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream. Peach & Blackberry Crumble: 1 1/2 cup peaches, diced ½ cup blackberries ¼ cup sugar ½ tbsp cornstarch ½ cup all purpose flour ¼ cup rolled oats ¼ cup pecans 2 tbsps brown sugar ¼ tsp ground cardamom ¼ tsp ground ginger ¼ cup cold unsalted butter cut into pieces Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, mix together peaches, blackberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, almonds, sugar, ground ginger, and cardamom. Take butter and with hand squeeze the mixture together until crumbly. In a cast iron skillet (6.25 inches) add fruit mixture and top with crumble. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fruit is bubbly and crumble mixture is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream.
