Strips of carrot marinated with spices and baked till crisp, served with an interesting mayo dip. BAKED CARROT CHIPS Ingredients 2 medium carrots Salt to taste 2 teaspoons mixed herbs 2 teaspoons chilli flakes 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder 1½ teaspoon chaat masala 2 tablespoons semolina 2 teaspoons oil Dip 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped Method 1. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. 2. Mix together carrots, salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, semolina and oil in a bowl. 3. Spread the carrots on a baking tray and bake at 180˚C for 20-22 minutes. 4. Mix together mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a bowl. 5.
