Chicken Potato Thai Curry Recipe - 5 Ingredients - Greg's Kitchen

This is now my new favourite dish, l crave it all the time, and it is soooo easy to make and with only 5 ingredients: 500g / 1lb Chicken, potato, carrots, 2 x 400ml coconut cream, 2 x Thai green curry paste(approx 2 x 50 grams / 1.76 ounce each)! You might want to use just one sachet of the Thai green curry paste if you aren't used to its heat and flavour. If you have some fish sauce, add a little of that in too for an extra flavour boost ;)
