This special festival delight is made every year special during January Makar Sankrant and is made with various combinations, however sesame seeds, peanuts are coomon ingredients.. Coconut Til & Peanut Ladoo Ingredients- Ghee 2 Tbsp Peanuts crushed 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds 1 cup Coconut Grated 1 Cup Jaggery Grated 1 Cup Method- 1. In a pan heat ghee, add crushed peanuts and sauté for 2mins until peanut browns. 2. Add sesame seeds and sauté for 3-4 mins until sesame seeds brown. 3. Add grated coconut and sauté for 2-3 mins and keep the mixture aside. 4. In another pan add jaggery and melt it. 5. Add the melted jaggery to coconut and sesame mixture and mix well. 6. Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl. 7. Apply water in your palms 8. Take small portions of the mixture and shape it into small round balls.
