Like this video and subscribe for more! xoxo, Dzung SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/honeysucklecatering?sub_confirmation=1 Roasted Chicken & Potatoes: 2 Lemons 8-10 Red Potatoes 2 Bone-in Chicken Legs & Breasts (with skin) 4 Cloves Minced Garlic 2 Tbsp Melted Butter 3 Sprigs fresh Rosemary 3 Tbsp Olive Oil Kosher Salt Ground Pepper Cut lemons into thick slices and set aside. Roughly chop Potatoes and place in large oven roasting pan. Add olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt, and pepper and toss until all potato pieces are covered. Add lemon slices and sprigs of rosemary. Separate partially chicken skin from meat and spread minced garlic inside. Brush under and over with melted butter. Place chicken on top of potatoes. Roast 30-35 minutes at 400º F. Creamy Mac & Cheese: Kosher Salt Elbow Macaroni Pasta 3 tbsp Butter 1/4 cup Flour 2 cups hot Milk 1 1/4 cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere Cheese 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground Mustard Salt & Pepper Salt some boiling water and add the Macaroni pasta. Cook 5 minutes until hard al-dente. Drain and set aside. In a dutch oven melt the butter and add the flour. Whisk vigorously then add the hot milk, constantly mixing for another couple minutes. Add the cheeses, nutmeg, mustard, salt and pepper. Then mix in the cooked elbow pasta. Allow to thicken for 5 minutes. Brown Butter Green Beans: 1 lb Green Beans 2 tbsp Butter Kosher Salt Ground Pepper 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds In boiling water blanch the Green Beans for 3 minutes until barely cooked. In a skillet melt the butter for 5 minutes until it becomes brown and fragrant. Add the Green Beans, Salt and Pepper, and sliced Almonds. Stir fry for a minute then serve.
