Goat Cheese - whip up before mixing in ingredients 1/4 cup Dried Cherries 1 tbsp Chopped Herbs (sage, rosemary & thyme) - mix into the cheese. With a scoop, drop little bits into chopped pecans. Roll and plate Pita Bites: Homemade or Store-bought Pita Chips Top with a dollop of Baba Ganoush Add Caviar (optional) and garnish with fresh Parsley Shrimp Cocktail: 1 lb peeled, de-veined shrimp.
