Marinated boneless fish fillets coated with breadcrumb mixture and deep fried. FISH FINGERS Ingredients 250 grams boneless fish fillets Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 egg 1 tablespoon mustard sauce ½ tablespoon refined flour (maida) 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon finely chopped black olives 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Crushed black peppercorns to taste 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Dried breadcrumbs for coating Method 1. Cut fish fillets into thick strips and put in a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice, egg, mustard sauce and flour and mix well. 2. To make the dip, mix together onions, olives, parsley, crushed peppercorns, salt and mayonnaise in another bowl. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 4. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat the fish pieces in it and deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot with the prepared dip.
