How to make an easy meatball sub on a stick

Are you ready for the footy final weekend? These quick and easy meatball subs on a stick are a great snack to feed the crowd. Simply place a strip of shortcrust pastry on a skewer and weave it around some pork and beef meatballs and bake for 20 minutes. Then add some mozzarella and bake until it melts. Serve with a chunky salsa or your favourite sauce.
