How to make watermelon & rum punch

Stay cool this summer with a glass of refreshing, party-ready watermelon and rum punch. (RECIPE BELOW) Or make it a mocktail by swapping the Midori and Malibu for 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut water. SUBSCRIBE Get 2-3 brand new videos every week (TUE, THU, FRI), including recipes, kitchen hacks and handy cooking tips to help you feed your family and friends: WATERMELON & RUM PUNCH Serves 6 Prep 10 mins 1½ cups chopped watermelon ¼ cup (60ml) lime juice ¼ cup (60ml) Midori liqueur ⅓ cup (80ml) Malibu liqueur Rockmelon, honeydew melon and extra watermelon, to serve Crushed ice, to serve 4 cups (1L) chilled lemonade 1. Place the watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a serving jug. Add the lime juice and stir to combine. 2. Divide the Midori and Malibu evenly among serving glasses. Use a melon baller to scoop balls from rockmelon, honeydew melon and extra watermelon and add to the glasses. Top with ice. Stir the lemonade into the watermelon mixture in the jug. Divide among the glasses. Serve immediately. Tip: serve with mint leaves and lime wedges. MAKE IT A COCO MOCKTAIL To make this a non-alcoholic punch, swap the Midori and Malibu for ½ cup (125ml) coconut water.
