Healthy Pancakes with Caramelised Banana Ingredient wheat flour - 1 cup Sugar - 1/3 Cup cardamom powder - ¼ tsp Milk – ½ Cup ghee – 1 tsp banana – 1 no sugar -½ cup Method- ➢ In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, sugar & cardamom powder. Add milk little by little & make a smooth batter. ➢ In a non stick pan add little batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes add little ghee, turn & cook on another side. ➢ In a non stick pan add ½ cup sugar and cook it on slow gas till it’s light golden in colour. Add chopped bananas. ➢ Coat the bananas with caramelise sugar . ➢ Serve the pancakes stacked with the caramelised banana pieces between the layers.
