My Pulled Chicken Mini Tacos are quick to make, bursting with flavour and perfect for serving as party food, as part of a snack platter or for good old fashioned Taco Tuesday! Tender Pulled Chicken, cooked in tomato, honey and smoked paprika is served on soft or hard taco shells with your choice of toppings.
