We all love Pav Bhaji! But what if the same Pav Bhaji came with a twist? A twist that is chatpata, spicy and everyone's favourite, Schezwan. Watch this recipe of Schezwan Pav Bhaji by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi who takes the street style pav bhaji a notch higher with Chings Schezwan Chutney. Try it, to know it! Ching's Schezwan Chutney is widely available across retail outlets and online stores. SCHEZWAN PAV BHAJI RECIPE: Ingredients: • 2 tbsp oil • 1 chopped onion • 1 tbsp Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic paste • 2-3 chopped tomatoes • 1/4th chopped capsicum • ½ cup boiled and chopped cauliflower • Salt to taste • 2 boiled potatoes • 2 tbsn pav bhaji masala • 6 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney • 1 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp boiled green peas • 1 tbsp Chings Schezwan Fried Rice masala • 2 pavs • As accompaniments, serve chopped onions and lemon wedge Method: 1) In a pan, add oil, onions and sauté for 2 minutes. 2) Add, Smith & Jones ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, capsicum, boiled cauliflower and salt. Mash all the vegetables well. 3) Add boiled potatoes. Now mash the potatoes with other vegetables 4) Add, pav bhaji masala and Chings Schezwan Chutney and mix well. Add 1 tbsp butter and green peas and mash again. The bhaji is ready! 5) Now in a pan, add 1 tsp butter, Chings Schezwan Fried Rice masala and put the open sides of pavs in the pan and rub the mixture on it. 6) Serve the bhaji with the pavs, onions and lemon.
