I ♥ Desi Chinese SUBSCRIBE To Ching's Secret: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=chingssecret Join us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/chingssecret Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/chingssecret Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chingssecret/ Google+: https://plus.google.com/100895813210747772695/ Blog: https://desichinesedaily.wordpress.com/ For more log onto: http://www.chingssecret.com Schezwani Misal Pav: Ingredients: 4 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon cumin seeds 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 teaspoon green chilli paste 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 tablespoon turmeric 2 tablespoons red chilli powder 3-4 tablespoons Ching's Schezwan Chutney 1 cup water 3 tablespoons sprouts 2-3 tablespoons farsan 2 pavs Method: - Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, tomato and mix it for 1-2 minutes. - Now add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder. - Now add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix well - Add water and cook it for 2-3 minutes. - In a serving bowl, add sprouts, farsan, misal and top it with onions and Ching's Schezwan Chutney. Serve hot with pav!
