We all have tried the most popular Maharashtrian dish Misal Pav and have loved it too. But what if we give it a Schezwani twist. Check out the Schezwani Misal recipe with Ching's Schezwan Chutney which is not only spicy but extremely delicious too. SCHEZWAN MISAL PAV RECIPE: Ingredients: - 4 tbsp oil - 1 tbsp cumin seeds - 1 chopped onion - 1 chopped tomato - 1 tsp green chilli paste - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp coriander powder - 1 tbsp turmeric - 2 tbsp red chilli powder - 3-4 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney - 1 cup water - 3 tbsp sprouts - 2-3 tbsp farsan - 2 pavs Method: 1) Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, tomato and mix it for 1-2 minutes. 2) Now add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder. 3) Now add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix well 4) Add water and cook it for 2-3 minutes. 5) In a serving bowl, add sprouts, farsan, misal and top it with onions and Ching's Schezwan Chutney.
