Why make the same poha for breakfast when you can add the Desi Chinese zing to it ;) Watch this new style of making poha by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. This can not only be your perfect breakfast option but also the tasty snack you can eat anytime. SCHEZWAN KANDA POHA RECIPE: Ingredients: • 2 cups (300g) poha • 2 tbsp oil • 1 tsp mustard seeds • 8-10 curry leaves • 2-3 chopped green chilllies • 1 chopped onion • 4 tbsp Chings Schezwan Chutney • For garnishing – chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, lemon wedge, sev and some more Schezwan Chutney Method: • Soak the poha in water for 30 seconds and then drain out excess water • In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, onion and toss it for 1 minute. • Add poha into the pan. Now add Chings Schezwan Chutney and mix well. • Schezwan Kanda Poha is ready. Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, lemon wedge.
