Salsa: 2 cups Chopped Mango 1/4 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper 1/4 cup Chopped Purple Onion 1 tbsp chopped Cilantro 1/2 Lime's Juice 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt. Mix together. Fry Shrimp 2-3 minutes per side.
