This is how to make a strawberry cheesecake smoothie

Thick and creamy and packed with strawberries, this smoothie is delicious any time of the day. The pretty strawberry glass decorations are a cinch to make and give the smoothie that extra wow factor. SUBSCRIBE Get 2-3 brand new videos every week (TUE, THU, FRI), including recipes, kitchen hacks and handy cooking tips to help you feed your family and friends: Strawberry cheesecake smoothie Serves: 2 Prep: 10 mins 1 granita biscuit, crushed 1⁄2 cup (120g) reduced fat spreadable cream cheese 2 strawberries, thinly sliced lengthways, to decorate 250g frozen strawberries 1 cup (280g) vanilla yoghurt 1⁄2 cup (125ml) milk 1⁄4 cup (30g) granola 1. Place the biscuit on a small plate. Spread a little of the cream cheese around the rim of each glass. 2. Use a small heart shaped cutter to cut heart shapes from the strawberry slices. Arrange strawberry hearts on the side of each glass. 3. Place the frozen strawberries, yoghurt, milk, granola and remaining cream cheese in a blender and blend until smooth.
