This is how to make coconut chia pudding

Chia seeds are not only delicious, they are a nutrition powerhouse. This chia pudding is made with coconut milk, giving it a tropical creamy taste (RECIPE BELOW). Topped with fresh strawberries and mandarins, you will want these chia seed delights for breakfast and pudding. SUBSCRIBE Get 2-3 brand new videos every week (TUE, THU, FRI), including recipes, kitchen hacks and handy cooking tips to help you feed your family and friends: COCONUT CHIA PUDDING Serves 4 Prep 15 mins (+ 6 hours setting & 30 mins standing time) ¹⁄³ cup (70g) white chia seeds 400ml can light coconut milk ¼ cup (60ml) agave syrup or maple syrup 2 mandarins, peeled, segmented 250g strawberries, halved 1. Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk and 2 tbs of the agave syrup or maple syrup in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for 6 hours or until the mixture thickens. 2. Combine the mandarin and strawberry in a bowl. Add the remaining agave syrup or maple syrup and stir to combine. Set aside for 30 mins or until the strawberry releases its juice. 3.
