This quick and easy chutney made with garlic and dried chillies with the goodness of walnuts. WALNUT CHUTNEY Ingredients 25-30 walnuts 1 ½ tablespoons cumin seeds 4-5 dried red chillies 2 teaspoons red chilli powder Sea salt to taste 6-7 garlic cloves Method 1. Dry roast cumin seeds in a non-stick pan and set aside. 2. Dry roast dried red chillies in a non-stick pan and set aside. 3. Dry roast walnuts in a non-stick pan and set aside. 4. Mix together cumin seeds, red chilli and walnuts in a bowl, add chilli powder, sea salt and garlic cloves to it. 5. Transfer everything to a blender jar and blend to a coarse paste. 6.
